How do I activate my email notifications?
The GPA Client platform allows you to be notified by email as long as a change is made on one of your reports.
By default, email notifications are not necessarily activated (this depends on the wish of your promoter).
To enable (or disable) notifications, go to the settings of the Customer GPA platform at the top right:
Then click on "Mail notifications" in the following banner:
You will then be able to view the project(s) for which you have access, and can then choose whether you want to (or not) receive email notifications.
Email notifications will be sent to the email address declared in your account settings. If your promoter makes changes to several of your reports at the same time, you receive only one email with all changes.
