On our platform here:https://gpa.batiscript.com/sites, you can reset your account password by using the "forgot password" function. An email is then sent to you. Check your mailbox well, as in your spam.
Find the email with your login and password that has been generated and then try again to log in to the GPA platform with this information
Why was my password changed or lost? :promoters from any platform (Windows Batiscript, mobile, Web GPA), can delete a contact and/or modify your email. This email with the user/subcontractor account is automatically assigned from the property to which you were assigned (and issued reservations). Unfortunately, this kind of action then removes your access and prevents you from logging in.
