Your promoter has created you access to BatiScript GPA Clients, you must receive an email with your username and password to log in.


We recommend that you change your password from your first access.

How do I connect?

To connect to your buyer area on BatiScript GPA Clients, visit:https://gpa.batiscript.com


Access is only via this address. GPA Clients is not accessible on the BatiScript Mobile app or via another URL.

Attention when you log in, you will be redirected to our centralized authentication service, (URL address of the page type "api.authentication.scriptandgo.com") this address must not be kept in your favorites or otherwise because it is generated automatically and can evolve over time depending on different developments in our application. Once you have validated your connection, you will be redirected to your access to BatiScript GPA Client, and you can then bookmark this page.


How do I reset my password?

If you want to update your password, you have two possibilities:
  1. You are properly connected to your Customer GPA space, so go to your account settings (https://gpa.batiscript.com/settings?tabName=account), then click on "Edit password":

  1. Forgot your password? click on forgotten password on the login page:https://gpa.batiscript.com

What if I have not received an account creation email?

It is possible that the account creation email will not reach you. In this case, we advise you to check in your spam if you have not received an email from "noreply@app.batiscript.com".

You can also perform a password reset by entering the email address sent to your promoter.
If you still do not receive an email, then check with your promoter if they have entered your email address when creating your acquirer account.
