Licensing: Accessing Multiple Business Spaces
Why would you like to share a licence?
You own a BatiScript's licence, you want to use it with an other company who also uses BatiScript without having to pay a licence dedicated to that company.
That is why the "licence shared" will be usefull for you.
How to allow licence sharing?
For license sharing to be active, you must then click on one of your licenses, then on the view which presents all the users assigned to this license, you will find a "Shared license" column which indicates whether this license can be shared on other BatiScript spaces.
For information, from now on, sharing is automatically activated when assigning a license to a user.
The “Shared License” column allows you to decide whether you authorize sharing of the license for each user or not.
This operation is only accessible to users with "administrator" rights on the license server. If this is not your case, you must contact one of your colleague who has this right.
It is not possible to share a "Site license", to be able to affect user to this licence, the site must be present on a space that you own.
How do I add a user who has a license to my BatiScript space?
If you wish to work with a user who has a license, they will need to activate license sharing as described above.
Then it will simply be necessary to invite this user to your BatiScript space.
Follow the information available on this page (TODO) to invite a user. When you have to choose the type of user, in this case it is necessary to choose "User" so that they have simple access to your BatiScript space, without impacting your data outside the site on which it is used. The user will be affected.
Finally, it is necessary to assign this user to the site on which you wish to work collaboratively (from the site administration)
Please note, the user will benefit from BatiScript modules authorized by their own license, regardless of the authorizations you may grant them.
From your license interface, in the "Users" section you can find out the modules available for all users (internal or external)
